September Sales Hmmm!  Not So Hot.

Looking at these closed sales numbers below for the month of September as compared to previous months which reflect more closed sales, you would automatically think the Fairfield market is reached its peak.  But hold on.  There is more action in the kitty so don't be too quick to call it a wash.

If you like charts and graphs, scroll down to see what the colorful graphics look like for currently pending and contingent sales.  Now you're talking.  Fairfield isn't looking so bad after all is it?

Fairfield just wrapped up it's election of October 3, 2020 and voters thought it worth that Mayor Eddie Penny remain in office.  That may be a very good sign that the people of Fairfield has confidence in their city to become one of Greater Birmingham's "Comeback Towns."

Whether you are looking to buy a home in Fairfield or sell your current Fairfield home, please contact me and let's talk.  The picture is prettier than you think.
